Hélène Heas and Davis Ng join Texel Asia

The Texel Group (“Texel”), the leading specialist credit and political risk insurance broker, today announces Hélène Heas and Davis Ng have joined as brokers in its Singapore office, reporting to Angela Chang, Managing Director of Texel Asia.
They are responsible for supporting the growth of our business across the Asia Pacific region and in close collaboration with the global broking team, will further enhance Texel’s client solutions and market reach.
Hélène joins from Coface where she spent nearly a decade, latterly as the Regional Head of Financial Institutions for APAC. Prior to this she was a Vice President for Loan Syndications, Origination & Sales for Crédit Industriel et Commercial in France for almost six years. She is a qualified Certified Trade Finance Professional from International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and part of the South East Asia Regional Committee of International Trade and Forfaiting Association (ITFA).
Davis brings nearly 15 years of financial services and investments experience in Singapore and Hong Kong. He was Executive Director at Arcor Capital, where he led the origination and execution of private capital transactions in Asia. He also served as a strategy and debt raising consultant to multiple early-stage companies. Prior to this, Davis held roles in structured finance and private credit at reputable institutions such as SMBC, GE Capital, and ANZ Bank. Davis is also recently completing an MS in Finance from NYU Stern.
